Donna has over 40 years of health care experience in the Article 28 Health Clinic setting as well as working in Psychiatric, Acute Care, and Nursing Home settings. She has consulted for nursing homes, health care clinics and dialysis centers and has been an adjunct instructor for SUNY Canton, Materi Dei College, North Country Community College. She has taught medical terminology and ICD-9 and CPT coding. Donna is a member of AHIMA and has been active in both the state and local level of the Health Information Profession.

Thomas has worked for multiple hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers as a Regulatory, Life Safety, Environment of Care (safety, security, hazardous materials and waste, fire safety, medical equipment and utilities physical plant engineering) and Emergency management Consultant.

Thomas is a well-respected trainer, educator, consultant, outsourced director, and is designated by many in the healthcare, ambulatory care and risk management communities as a Health Care and Ambulatory Accreditation Preparation, AHJ Readiness, Life Safety and Environment of Care Expert.

Thomas has served, and continues to serve, on numerous boards and task forces, including boards for the healthcare section of NFPA, Long Island Healthcare Life Safety Association, and The American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).

Suzanne has been consulting in numerous centers throughout New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania for over 20 years. She has consulting experience in Dialysis, Pediatric Medical Day Care, Adult Medical Day Care and Skilled Nursing Facilities. Her experience also includes acute care Health Information Department management of transcription and coding, and Health Information Management in a long term care setting. Suzanne is an active member of the American Health Information Management Association, attends regular New Jersey Health Information Management meetings, and currently serves as the Secretary for the New Jersey Health Information management's Long Term Care Committee.

Marci is a seasoned professional with a Masters Degree from Adelphi University and a B.A. Degree from Hofstra University. Marci has significant experience as a medical and psychiatric counselor and has worked in a variety of outpatient and inpatient care settings including: Drug and Alcohol, Dialysis, Mental Health, Hospitals and other settings.
